What if it does not save us time?+
Then you do not pay for the pilot. We agree one task with you, and your own staff time it as they do it today. At the end of week 3 they time it again. We send the £750 invoice only if the saving is 5 hours a week or more across your team. If it is less, we remove it and you pay nothing. Nothing is paid up front. Why not just use ChatGPT or Copilot?+
Public chatbots take client data outside your firm, often on staff personal accounts. Copilot is charged per person, every month, and keeps your data in Microsoft’s cloud. We set up one private system at a fixed price, load it with your own templates, and train your team to use it.
Is this GDPR-friendly?+
Your data stays on a private server only your firm uses, in the UK or EU, or on your own computer if you choose. We sign a data processing agreement before we see any file, and we help you record what was set up for your own data protection records.
Do we need new hardware?+
No. The pilot and most set-ups run on a private UK/EU server, used in a web browser. If you want it on your own computer, we can add that after the pilot: you pay for the computer before we order it, and you own it.
What will it do without asking us?+
Only drafting, searching and flagging. It never sends, files, submits or deletes anything, and it never gives advice to a client. A person at your firm checks and approves every step that leaves the building.
What does it cost?+
A pilot is £750. Full set-ups start at £1,500. To keep it on our private server after the pilot, you add a care plan (£150 to £400 a month, hosting included) or the managed plan (from £1,000 a month). Or you buy your own computer and pay no monthly fee. You get a fixed quote after the first call.
Do you need to come to our office?+
No. We set everything up remotely, and training is a live video session, recorded, with a one-page guide. We can visit if you prefer.
How long does it take?+
A pilot takes about 5 working days. We agree the timeline for larger packages on the call.
