The £750 pilot

Pay only if it works. Here are the rules.

Clear rules protect both sides. You know exactly what you pay for, and we both know what counts as success before any work starts.

How we measure the time saved

  1. 01Before we start

We agree in writing: the one task, who times it, and how many times a week your team does it. The weekly number comes from your own records.

  2. 02Week 0: time it today

Your team times the task 5 times, the normal way, on our one-page timer sheet. We take the average.

  3. 03End of week 3: time it again

The same people time the same task 5 times with the assistant. We take the average again.

  4. 04The sum

Minutes saved per task × times a week ÷ 60 = hours saved a week. The assistant also counts how often it was used, so both sides can check the weekly number.

Example: a client letter took 30 minutes, now 8. That is 22 minutes saved. Your team writes 15 a week. 22 × 15 ÷ 60 = 5.5 hours a week.
